Winter Cocktails with Chase Distillery
Here at Whitmore & White, we've been working with Chase Distillery in Herefordshire since we opened and have been champions of their brand and their ethos ever since. The Chase Distillery is based on the same farm that grows all of the King Edward, Lady Claire and Lady Rosetta potatoes used to make all Chase spirits, meaning they have a sustainable single-estate "Farm to Bottle" approach.
Chase have become a brand recognised world-wide for outstanding quality and innovation, and it is no surprise given the passion with which it is produced! Whether they're peeling potatoes (and feeding their cattle with the peelings!) or smoking their own vodka, everything is done in one place by the same fantastic team, using the natural resources around them.
To celebrate one of our favourite brands, we've chosen three of our favourite Chase cocktails for winter! The Sloegroni is definitely our number one for this year, followed closely by the Marmalade Vodka Sour and the Ginger and Honey Collins. Simply sublime!
