A seriously big, full-bodied, rich and wonderfully complex Portuguese red

• Produced in region of Alentejo in the south of Portugal
• This wine is a blend of Syrah and Petit Verdot
• Characterised by a very dense ruby red colour, this wine has intense aromas of both red and black fruits, sweet spice and mocha
• The oak influence continues onto a palate packed with vanilla and cassis with black pepper in the background
• Certainly a wine to pair with a big rich meal, steak frites or venison stew
