Omed Cabernet Sauvignon Vinegar has been aged 12 months in French oak barrels, this method called Schützenbach.
The notes you get are intense deep purple colour, smooth acidity and well-rounded fruity flavour with noticeable hints of fine oak coming from the barrels where vinegar was aged.
