TASTING NOTE

Light straw yellow colour. Aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits with a hint of sage. Good balance between acidity and fruit with a nice mineral finish.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Grapes are harvested from vineyards in the Alpone Valley, close to Verona. They spend 3 hours macerating after destemming and low temperature fermentation takes place. After vinification the wine is left to mature in stainless steel tanks for 3 months before racking and bottling.
