From a small winery producing in the ancient landscape of Siracusa, Sicily. This wine combines the body from the honeyed, tropical fruit notes of the Fiano variety with the elegant citrus and floral aromas of the native Sicilian variety, Insolia.
The grapes were harvested at the end of August to retain their beautiful acidity. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel to retain the floral, fruit aromas.
The wine has a lovely, plump texture that is complemented by minerality and aromas of lemon peel, pear, pineapple and sweet spice.
Enjoy with roast chicken or cod with a herb crust.
