ABOUT THE PRODUCER

The Rotating Rooster is a weathervane that combines a rooster figure and a Compass Rose that, driven by the wind, indicates the direction of the incident wind and was an object present in many Portuguese houses and churches.

TASTING NOTE

Crisp, dry and very refreshing without the terse acidity present in historical Vinho Verde wines. Green apple, grassy notes and honeysuckle come through very nicely.
