ABOUT THE PRODUCER
This is made from Cabernet Franc grapes which are at least 25 years old. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for three weeks with natural yeasts and minimal intervention. The resulting wine is aged in concrete vats before minimal filtration and bottling.
Earthy, spicy, raspberry fruit notes on the nose and the dry palate.
