Platinum medal – Decanter World Wine Awards (97 points) – best score for a Moldavian wine: Such a pretty wine, with alive and elegant fruit on a nose displaying lemons and flint. To taste it’s no less vibrant and concentrated, with further citrus, stone fruit and a delightful, rounded finish.

VINIFICATION

Made from grapes harvested and selected by hand, produced using traditional methods. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrique

Fresh cheeses, salads, grilled turbot fillet with black rice.
