ABOUT THE PRODUCER

An intriguing Sicilian white made in the Appassimento style, which is something rarely found. During the winemaking process, the Grillo grapes are gently dried, resulting in a wine more complex than if the Grillo grapes underwent a normal fermentation.

TASTING NOTE

Rich and opulent but still with a good streak of acidity runnning through it. Honey, melon and citrus notes abound.
