Deep yellow in colour, with a very full nose of white flowers and vanilla. On the palate there are hints of citrus, peach, lychee, coconut and almonds, all underpinned by a most delightful freshness which lingers. Mineral and salty notes on the finish.

Grapes grown within sight of the famous Roche de Solutre are fermented with indigenous yeasts, The wine is then matured on the fine lees in oak barrels for 12 months.

Wonderful to drink now, but will also keep for up to 5 years. This is a fine wine from the Maconais to rival those from the famous villages of the Cote d'Or.
