ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Domaine Fernand Engel is a family run winery. The vineyards cover 63 hectares and has been practising organic viticulture since 2001.The fully ripened grapes are harvested by hand to ensure a high level of qulaity.

TASTING NOTE

This beautiful Pinot Blanc has an intense nose full of ripe pears, quince and spices.The palate is fresh but with a well rounded mouthfeel bringing through the ripe fruit notes and a hint of baked bread in the background.
