ABOUT THE PRODUCER

The Hut Block vineyard is named after the original pickers’ hut amongst the vines. These Cabernet Sauvignon vines are managed for low yields to produce intensely flavoured wines.

The rosette on the label relates to the rose gardens surrounding the Hamilton family vineyards and celebrates the family’s long standing in McLaren Vale since 1837.

TASTING NOTE

This wine is full of intense blackcurrant notes, mint, spice and liquorice.
