Deep, dark wine with intense red fruit and pepper flavours. Made from hand-harvested old bush vines. 50% Grenache Noir, 30% Mourvedre, 10% Syrah, 10% Carignan. Aged in oak for 10 months. Perfect with red meats and mature cheese.
