Organic winegrowers since 1987 the wines are made exclusively from the winery’s 42 hectares of vineyards. Several decades of researcha nd passion has allowed the creation of fine and personalised wines recognised around the world.

The philosophy is based on tradition, experience and respect for nature and people. No synthetic chemicals, mineral fertilizers, weed killers or other harmful sunbstances are used.

This wine is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah from the Limoux region of the Langeudoc in Southern France. The wine is rich and spicy, with bramble fruit, thyme and rosemary notes and a long finish.
