TASTING NOTE

This exceptional wine has been 80% whole bunch fermented with wild yeast and has matured in new French oak barrels for 18 months. A strong, full-bodied Pinot Noir with intense dark cherry flavours. This wine will age well for up to 10 years.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Colombo Winegrowers is a small, independent wine producer in Martinborough, New Zealand, which is owned and operated by a husband and wife team. Theirs is a traditional viticulture and winemaking approach, giving their exceptionally food-friendly wines a distinctly European feel.
