Our orange blossom honey (known as 'Miel de Azahar ' in Spanish) is from Cordoba in Andalucia. This honey is delicious and vibrant in hue, made solely from bees feeding on orange blossom. They feed in an area of biodiversity in Cordoba called the Parque Natural de Cardena, famous for its wild rosemary and lavender.

The bees are looked after in an artisan, traditional way, using only manual techniques. The bees are given a three-week holiday from the honey collection every six weeks. This gentle care for the bees gives the honey a natural warm flavour.

Try it on toast for breakfast, or with yogurt and fresh fruit. It is also perfect to pair with artisan Spanish cheese.
