Smoked is a special addition to Cotswold Brie range. They smoke their Organic Cotswold Brie over a cool Applewood chip in their very own smoking shed. Half way through its 4-hour smoking period, they carefully turn the cheese allowing the flavour to permeate the whole cheese. While this is a firmer soft cheese, its delicate smokey flavour adds a depth to the taste. 140g
