Made locally to us in Mickle Trafford, Cheshire, Little Lodge was founded by Kim Lodge in 2016 after many years of baking and making sweet treats for friends and family. Having tried all of Kim's fantastic creations, we can tell you first hand that they're absolutely exceptional! 

Today is St. David's Day, a day of daffodils, leeks and dragons which means it must be time for us to stand well back and let Graham slip into another of his Cheese Moments. Graham often waxes lyrical about the time he cooked a midnight feast of cheese on toast for Gruffudd ap Llywelyn whilst working as the royal poisoner of wine goblets in the court of Edward the Confessor, The only cheese fit for a king? Beyond my family, the two biggest passions in my life are music and wine. So I was rather excited when I was asked to do a series of blogs partnering the grape and the groove!
