The second release of The Cheshire single malt, distilled at Weetwood distillery in England. Known for making craft beer, Weetwood started producing whisky in 2019 and released the first single malt in 2022. This second release was aged in American oak quarter casks and finished in European oak barrels, creating vibrant aromas of freshly cut grass and orchard fruits. The palate offers notes of creamy malt and vanilla along with dried fruits and baking spices.
