Straw yellow colour. Notes of honeysuckle and citrus fruit on the nose. The palate is fresh and vibrant with acacia, honey, lemon peel and peach notes with a mineral undecurrent.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Grapes are harvested from South-South East facing vineyards in the Terre de Chieti applellation, at an altitude of 100m on alkaline-clay soil. They are destemmed and the pulp crushed at a low temperature to stop fermentation starting too soon. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to maintain freshness of the fruit and then matured for 3 months, once more in stainless steel tanks before racking and bottling.
