Our subtle, yet medium-heavy white wine originates from the Península de Setúbal region in Portugal.

It was produced by Sociedade Agricola da Herdade do Alto do Pina, SA in 2021.

This wine has an almost-golden color and is characterized by refreshing hints of tropical fruit, including peach, papaya, and ripe pineapple. Lively lychee and rose flavors are also present, resulting from the blend of Gewurtz (spicy) and Traminer grapes.

From a vine with 9 years of age, with grapes picked on the first week of September and with no maceration, vinification with total destemming and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16° in stainless steel vat. The lowest percentage of Sulphites for this terroir, vital in preventing oxidation, whilst ensuring great flavour and stability in our wine.

Finally, the Arinto zest adds a vibrant acidity, making this wine the perfect partner for gastronomic experiences or simply to be enjoyed on its own.
