fermentation on the skins has resulted in a
beautifully deep, garnet-coloured wine.
A delicate cool-climate Pinot full of bramble fruit,
dark cherry, blueberry and violets. Soft, smooth
and easy-drinking, with fine tannins and a flicker
of spiced berries. Unfiltered for extra body.
