Petz was the nickname of Oliver Zeter's great-grandfather, Walter Baer.

The Petz Red Wine is a field blend of Syrah and Merlot grapes. On the nose, juicy aromas of dark berries such as plum, black cherry, and blackberry meet delicate spicy notes and licorice. On the palate, the wine presents a distinct and highly drinkable structure, with intense fruit flavors that reflect the bouquet. Fine-grained tannins and fruity-spicy nuances lend the finish a remarkable length.
