Montelvini Prosecco Rosé 2019 is produced from 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero grapes. The two varieties are harvested and vinified individually to make the best use of their varietal characteristics, and it is only in a successive stage that the blend is created. To be labelled as pick prosecco, a minimum ageing period of two months in the tank, a vintage date must be present on the label and be bottled at spumante pressure
