Pale amber colour and bone dry on the palate. This is a young and dry Amontillado with delicate almond and hazelnut flavours.

Gonzalez Byass has been producing high quality sherry in Jerez for over 175 years.It is best known for its award-winning, ultra-dry Fino, Tio Pepe, the perfect chilled aperitif, but also makes a wide range of other classic styles. The range includes dry and sweet Amontillados, Olorosos and the exceptional Rare Old Soleras, which are a minimum of 30 years old and are only available in tiny quantities.
In 1835, infected by the sherry boom of his time, Manuel María Gonzlez purchased an Andalusian bodega in Jerez. Initially a trading house, he started to explore the production of wine, and began planting his own vines in 1844. In 1849 he created his own brand Tio Pepe, the first registered trade mark in Spain. Today Tio Pepe is distributed to more than 150 countries around the world as one of the best-selling Finos in the world. In 1855 Gonzlez associated with his British trade representative Robert Blake Byass. This was the foundation for today's largest sherry producer Gonzalez Byass.
