Gayda Flying Solo Grenache Blanc/Viognier

Pale yellow colour with green highlights, sparkling and crystal-clear, evoking a lively, refreshing wine. On the nose, a generous greediness emerges, dominated by aromas of pear and honeysuckle, gradually revealing a subtle floral freshness. On the palate, a supple, acidic attack gives way to a full, gourmet sensation in which citrus and grapefruit notes blend harmoniously with the white fruit and flowers on the nose.

Gayda Flying Solo Grenache Syrah

The deep, brilliant colour is intense purple with hints of violet. The nose is an inviting invitation to fresh blackcurrant, blackberry and wild strawberry aromas. Subtle notes of garrigue and sweet spices enrich the aromatic bouquet. On the palate, the generous explosion of red fruits on the attack is followed by a palette of spices typical of the garrigue, offering a rich, complex taste experience. The finish is marked by the surprising freshness of fresh liquorice (zan bar). Subtle hints of fresh cocoa prolong the tasting experience.
