This cava is an intense pink colour with great aromatic complexity which reflects the Mediterranean character of the area where it is made. With more hours of sunlight the grapes here ripen more fully, thus developing greater colour and aromatic potential. This Cava is aged for 18 months and is soft and juicy in character with refreshing balanced acidity.

This tremendous Cava Reserva (15 months bottle aged) is a big favourite here at W&W and is made in a state of the art winery with a minimalist design. The estate lies at 250 metres above sea level, enjoying a Mediterranean climate.
