The Mirmanda cuvée is made from a rigorous selection of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Carignan, aged for 12 months in barrels that have been used for 1 to 3 wines. This red wine reveals a beautiful aromatic complexity of black fruits, spicy notes and fresh minerals, opening up to a charming and balanced structure on the palate. Seductive fruity flavours, supported by beautiful tannins softened by barrel ageing, result in a wine that is both rich and delicate.
