The Planteur cuvée is a tribute to Claude, the winemaker's father, who worked in harsh conditions on this stony land where he planted the Sarrat De Goundy vineyard by hand, earning him the nickname "Planteur". The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by a traditional vinification. The wine is then matured in oak barrels (30% of which are new) over a period of 12 months. This red wine is the epitome of elegance and finesse, with a very pleasant sensation of suppleness and freshness on the palate. The finish is marked by round tannins and juicy blackcurrant fruit, accompanied by a hint of vanilla.
