Production

A blend of grapes, primarily indigenous varieties Castelão and Touriga Nacional with a small portion of Syrah. The vines are cultivated in clay-limestone soils and the grapes hand-harvested into 15kg crates. The whole bunches undergo fermentation in stainless steel at 10-12ºC.

Tasting notes

Delicate red berry aromas lead to a palate of strawberry and redcurrant fruits with a crisp, fresh finish.
