Made from Parellada and Macabeo and aged for 12 months. Pale straw yellow with a fine mousse of bubbles, this slightly sweet fizz is delicately flavoured with fresh lemon, lime and apple flavours and a refreshing, balanced acidity.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
This super Cava is made in a state of the art winery, with a minimalist design. The estate lies at 250 metres above sea level, enjoying a Mediterranean climate. Specialising in long-aged Cavas, Vilarnau has over two and a half million bottles in stock, which are stored in temperature controlled cellars to ensure consistency of style and quality year after year.
