Herbaceous tones jump out with a salad bowl of culinary herbs  including basil and chicory, also a touch of apple and an abundance of lemon citrus.

TASTE

The flavours in the mouth are similar to those in the aromas , a complete salad bowl with a touch of Cos lettuce, rocket and chicory The gentle bitterness and pepper linger into an attractive herby aftertaste.

This is a delicate to medium style of oil with well balanced bitterness and pepper.
