A blend of 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot.

Each variety was harvested and fermented separately in a combination of open top and closed stainless steel vats. The wine was racked off and allowed to undergo malolactic conversion in oak barrels for 5 months then spending a further 4 months maturing in oak before bottling.

Medium ruby coloured with brooding notes of spiced plum, cassis, dried herbs and cedar wood.
