Bright yellow colour with green highlights. An intense but fresh bouquet combining mint, pear, dry apricot and white flowers. A wonderfully fresh palate of mango and a hint of spice leading into a crispy lime zest finish.
Pouilly Fumé 'Coteau des Girarmes' Domaine Roger Pabiot
A classic, flinty-smoky style of Pouilly Fume. Elderflower and citrus notes on the nose with balanced acidity, fresh grass and a lengthy mineral core to the palate. A very, very good style of Sauvignon Blanc
Mil Historias Bobal
A deep cherry colour with violet tints. Nose is intense with aromas of ripe red seasonal fruit (cherries, blackberries, blackcurrant), subtle hints of violets, rosemary and a touch of black pepper. This wine produced using the Bobal grape shows distinctive power, vibrant fruit, freshness with soft and ripe tannin. It is spicy and juicy with a well rounded palate with a fascinating crunchy-fruit freshness. The finish is gently tannic combined excellent depth.
This wine is full of strawberry and raspberry fruit on the nose. The palate is fresh and vibrant with notes of sour cherries and strawberry. The tannins are smooth and the finish lingering.
Waverley Hills Cabernet Sauvignon
On the nose, vanilla, red berries, spices, honey and sweet black cherries come through strongly. On the palate, delicious vanilla and lots of fruit follow through with good balance and soft ripe tannins.
The Dot Cherry Zweigelt
Buckets of rich ripe cherry flavours dominate this fresh, medium-bodied red wine. Easy to drink and a perfect match for lamb chops or pork fillet. Delicious!
