This rock salt originates in the skirts of the Himalayas. The atmosperic conditions over the years have produced salt with a greater concentration of calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron than is usual in rock salt. It is this iron content which is responsible for the pink colour of the salt and its slightly bitter flavour. Ideal for use in cooking fish or baking vegetables. 300g
