ABOUT THE PRODUCER
This is a co-operative dating back to 1923. Really, it is now a 300-strong collective of grape growers and winemakers who have absolute control over the winery. Both growers and technical staff work side by side to maximise the potential of every single vineyard holding. In the cellars, guidelines are in place for the maturation and ageing of select crus for certain producers.
