Donkeystone vanilla stout uses 6 different malts including huge amounts of oats to give a wonderfully rich body. After primary fermentation it is then matured with natural vanilla pods. Combining this with the variety of different roast malts brings out a combination of dark bitter chocolate along side a sweeter almost white chocolate flavour.
