This Salsa Mojo Verde is one of our Canary Island salsas created using our own recipe. A mildly spicy sauce made using green Jalapeno peppers and chillies with garlic, coriander and parsley. The Jalapeno peppers give a warm, gentle heat; together with the herbs, the salsa is perfect with fish and shellfish. Try it with grilled or roasted vegetables and potatoes, you can loosen the salsa with a extra-virgin olive oil to make a dressing you can drizzle.
