Nose
Grilled pineapple and ripe mango leap out, layered with creamy vanilla custard and honeycomb. Turkish delight and candied citrus peel bring sweetness, while a whisper of ginger root adds a lively edge.
Palate
Juicy passion fruit, papaya and nectarine meet runny honey, toasted coconut and soft caramel. Turkish delight returns alongside rose petal and delicate nutmeg. There’s a richness of cacao nibs and moist ginger cake beneath.
Finish
Lingering and indulgent, with mandarin zest, chocolate truffle and warming ginger spice carried on a sweet tropical breeze.
