Vilarnau Limited Edition Cava
Pronounced apple fruit with a great balance between fruit and acidity. Produced from a blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay which are fermented separately before blending, bottling and ageing for 2 years. Pale straw colour with a steadily rising stream of fine bubbles. Pronounced apple fruit with a great balance between fruit and acidity.
This classic from the North of Italy is a delicious sparkler with aromatic pear flavours on the nose followed by a crisp palate of succulent apple and pear. Gently foamy, with a crisp and delicate finish, drink on it's own or in true venetian style, as a Bellini.
HÃHÃ Brut Rosé
Produced in New Zealand from a beautiful blend of chardonnay and pinot noir grapes, this is an elegant sparkling wine with a hint of floral and watermelon, bursting with summer berries and a refreshing dry finish.
Syn Sparkling Shiraz
This is a lovely, juicy, fruity sparkling Shiraz. The palate is rich and creamy, with aromas of raspberry and cherry. Chill it down, crack it open and enjoy with friends.
Bride Valley Blanc de Blancs
A crystal clear Blanc de Blancs that shows the chalky soil and freshness from a light vintage, and very young vines. The nose is fruity with hints of brioche, a lean citrus edge on the palate with fine mousse and racy acidity.
Deutz Brut NV Champagne
Champagne Deutz is the W&W House Champagne, and for very good reason! It's fantastic Champagne! A nose of toasted brioche and honey with some apple fruit in the background. The palate is rich and ripe with a fine mousse and that brioche character showing through on a long finish.
