TASTING NOTE

Traditionally distilled in the same way as Manchester Gin Original in Wendy (a bespoke copper still) and infused with the finest raspberries, this is a perfectly fruity premium gin. Subtle, refreshing and pleasing. Not too sweet and with a smooth finish.

Great to drink over ice (but note this isn't a liqueur - it's a full on 40% gin), simply with a light tonic (throw in some fresh raspberries and mint as a garnish).

ABOUT THE PROUCER

Having met in dark basement night spot in Manchester, Seb Heeley and Jen Wiggins embarked on a love story to craft their very own refreshing and unique Gin. The result is a beautiful yet versatile version of a London Dry Gin with a link to their Northern upbringing through the use of their two distinct botanicals. Made in the city they live in, met in and fell in love in.
