This acorn fed, 4 year cured Ibérico has been hand sliced by Master Carvers in Spain. From the town of Guijelo in Salamanca, this region is renowned for its sweeter jamón, and deep, round flavours. Carved into tapa sized slices, this is a great dinner-for-two portion. Try together with our Paiarrop Figs in PX sherry - a combination made in heaven.
